Hi, I’m Jaydeep Patwardhan — a data analyst by craft and a problem-solver by nature.
I specialize in turning complex clinical, financial, and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support better decisions. Over the last decade, I’ve worked across healthcare, finance, operations, and research, building everything from forecasting models and reporting frameworks to data-quality pipelines and cost-saving analytics. My work philosophy is simple: data only matters when it makes sense — and when it drives meaningful action.
I’m currently a Reporting & Analytics Specialist at Unity Health Toronto, where I focus on clinical data quality, operational efficiency, and analytics-driven process improvement.

Experience
Reporting & Analytics Specialist — Unity Health Toronto
In my current role, I help clinical and operational teams make sense of complex data. I work across data quality, process improvement, and insight generation — building analytics frameworks, improving clinical data pipelines, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings. A large part of my work involves translating messy, multi-source data into clear narratives that support patient care, staffing, and workflow decisions.
Previous Roles — Banking, Insurance & Research
Before healthcare, I worked across analytics roles in banking, insurance, and academic research. My experience spans building performance dashboards, developing forecasting and simulation models, analyzing customer and operational behavior, improving reporting systems, and supporting strategic decisions with data. In research, I also worked on telehealth operations, statistical modelling, authoring a white paper, and teaching R. These diverse roles shaped my approach to analytics — practical, structured, and always focused on clarity and impact.
